HOW CAN I REACH YOU?

Easy, use the "Contact Me" link in the app. I can set up a no-wait appointment with you if you need an in-store experience if you contact me prior to visiting a store. If it is important and I am not in your area, I will direct you to the best sales rep to address your situation.

WHY IS MY FIRST BILL HIGHER THAN NORMAL?

Usually due to upgrade and activation fee's that are charged by Verizon Wirless on your bill instead of in-store. If you feel this is incorrect, or have questions about your bill, please visit me in a store or reach out to customer service by dialing *611 from your Verizon device.

CAN YOU BACK UP MY PHONE?

Absolutely! I can transfer pictures, videos, contacts and sometimes text's from one phone to another. If you have an iPhone, you will transfer EVERYTHING over by using iTunes on your home PC or laptop. 

CAN YOU UNLOCK A DEVICE THAT IS LOCKED BY iCLOUD OR GOOGLE?

Unfortunately, no. The account information with Apple and Google is between you and those companies. Each device has an anti-theft feature that relies on your login information, so never forget this information! I cannot retrieve it, but I can try to help by putting you on the right path.
